What is Person Centred Therapy?

Person centred therapy works by focusing on you, and sessions will involve you exploring your thoughts, feelings, fears and frame of mind at a time when these may be holding you back from living your life. It is important that together we build a relationship of trust so that you have the confidence to move forward and seek the solutions that will improve your wellbeing. I will facilitate your self-discovery and guide the conversation in a constructive and positive way. Person centred therapy is powerful treatment in mental health issues including depression, stress and abuse.

Effective therapy can only occur in a confidential, non-judgemental space and this is what I provide. As a facilitator, I will afford you the space and time to help you grow and adapt. It is important, that we are a good fit together. As such, I offer a free no-obligation consultation where we can get to know each other. If I feel that I cannot help you, I will direct you to a place I think would be better suited to your needs.
