My approach to online therapy, counselling and psychotherapy is always collaborative. My role is facilitative and it is about empowering you, so that you can find the strength to make the necessary changes that you want in your life. My sessions are a confidential, private and safe space where you can explore and understand your thoughts so you can grow, adapt and mature.
Every individual and every situation is different, and there are no right answers. The perfect solution for one person could be totally inappropriate for another person. As such, every session is about you as an individual and helping you to implement realistic change. My approach to counselling is humanistic and person centred, and it is about putting you first all the time, every time.
Some clients prefer longer term therapy where they work at their own pace whilst others have a particular focus in mind when they attend their sessions. Whatever your scope of self-awareness is, there are a range of approaches which can suit you. During initial consultations, we will discuss your needs and create sessions that will go at the pace you want, so you have the time to grow at the speed you want.
